F-35-B crash-lands in Fort Worth, TX – pilot ejected

An F-35B Lightning II crashed during a vertical landing at an air base in North Texas on Thursday, forcing the pilot to eject from the aircraft on the runway.

The crash happened at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth. Christopher Cook, the chief of police for the nearby White Settlement Police Department, said the pilot was safe.

James Marc Leas comments on the crash on his Cancel the F35 substack post and urges people to contact their public servants to demand an immediate halt to F-35 training in cities.

The F-35 has a lengthening history of crashes. Different reasons. Not good to train with F-35 jets hundreds of times a month in a city.
