DNR Hearing on Groundwater Standards Jan. 6

The Department of Natural Resources (dnr.wisconsin.gov) will hold a public hearing on a permanent rule, revising NR 140, setting standards to minimize polluting substances in groundwater, Board Order DG-15-19. Public comment and feedback on Board Order DG-15-19 is at time and location below. Comments on the proposed rule must be received on or before January 11, 2022.
